I added two shots of disc golf. I tried to take more like #1, but they didn't come out as well.

My favorite is definitely 5, because it looks like you're a wizard casting the "disc" spell at some unseen foe.
That said, #1 might be best for the purpose at hand. You're actually kind of smiling, and it's a classic back-hand throw.
If you shoot again tomorrow, try to re-create this picture of
my brother playing disc golf.
I was thinking that a disc golf shot may work better because I could have a goal--getting the disc in the hole.
I'll go with #1 as well. I can see your arm muscles! Rock on!
I still like #1 best.
I recommended the picture of my brother to get you to wear a suit and tie, not to get you disc golfing.
