Frank was able to fix my laptop again. He googled for something that I didn't and restarted the computer while holding down option (I tried two other restart methods) and then we could
eject the cd. The site he found said something about if your computer goes to sleep while burning or ripping a cd... That's not what happened for me, so I'm not sure who or what to blame now.
At least I didn't have to go to the geniuses to try to get them to figure it out.
